Introduction of technical service personnel

All technical personnel of our company have received strict professional training from Rolls Royce in the UK, Iveco in Italy, Cummins in the US, SAIC Group, and Continental Maintenance Center, and have rich experience in production, maintenance, and assembly. Provide dealers and customers with a "professional, efficient, and satisfactory" service commitment, providing troubleshooting, troubleshooting, regular inspection and maintenance, repair and other service content.

Service Introduction


• Pre sales service

1. Provide reference suggestions to customers through the collection of customer and industry information;

2. In the early stage of business negotiations, communicate and exchange with customers through professional technical personnel, provide industry standard drawings, and assist customers in using AutoCAD for drawing design for reference;

3. Provide various consultations, materials, and construction drawings related to equipment capacity determination, civil engineering, HVAC, water supply and drainage, power supply and distribution, noise reduction engineering, environmental protection, firefighting, and equipment installation for customers' own projects and business environment;

4. Promptly propose and provide reasonable solutions to existing issues such as the customer's current unit and high low configuration connection points, as well as energy conservation and consumption reduction;


• In sales services

1. After reaching a cooperation agreement, provide the customer with the technical data of the original unit for daily maintenance reference and archiving;

2. Only after passing the testing of the equipment by the company's professional technical personnel and accompanying the on-site equipment qualification test report can the factory be shipped;

3. Professional technical personnel shall provide reasonable and scientific installation services based on the on-site environment of the customer's computer room and the technical requirements for power supply and distribution;

4. After installation, conduct on-site startup and debugging of the unit to ensure normal operation of the equipment;


After sales service

1. After the installation is completed, provide professional and free skill troubleshooting training for user operators;

2. Provide a one-year warranty or a cumulative operation of 1000/hour (whichever comes first) for the unit. During the warranty period, the supplier is responsible for free repair of any quality issues that may arise with the equipment until the faulty parts are removed (excluding accessory costs and human caused failures during operation).

3. Provide lifelong maintenance for the products sold, and provide original vulnerable parts year-round. In case of equipment failure, the supplier guarantees to be on-site for treatment within 2-24 hours;

4. Our technical service personnel conduct periodic equipment operation checks on the units sold by our company.
